A tool for better performance
The story of Blåkläder began in 1937, when the GEFA company was founded in Tranemo, Sweden, which focused on making work clothes. In the 50s, the company expanded its production and started to manufacture fashion and leisure clothes for children and adults in addition to work clothes.
In 1959, the subsidiary "Gustonbolaget" was founded, which was supposed to clarify the business. The name was later changed to AB BLÅKLÄDER. More than 60 years of history has given a deep understanding of clothing manufacturing.
