Order and delivery terms

Toolpoint Oy (business ID 0705083-6) sells products to individuals and companies of legal age in Finland. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities that arise in it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time. When placing an order, the customer must provide first name, last name, delivery address, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. The amount of a single order in the online store must be at least €15.00 (without shipping costs) in order for the order to be processed.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Account customership requires a valid business ID and the company applying for account customership must be at least one year old. Account customers of Toolpoint Oy can order from the online store on invoice.

The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address during registration.
You can see the delivery costs of your order after choosing the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. postal packages) or unregistered delivery, of which registered shipments can be tracked with a shipment ID.
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-7 business days for stock products, depending on the order and delivery method. Products not in stock by agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the product page. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to delivery delays. We reserve the right to stock level fluctuations.
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The right of return does not apply to opened hygiene products, custom-made products, laser-marked products or logo-printed clothing. Product return at own expense via Posti or Matkahuolto or by delivering the products directly to the store. We do not charge return costs for orders delivered directly to the store. Before returning, contact info@toolpoint.fi. When returning the delivered order, include your customer number/name and contact information and your account number for the refund. The money will be returned using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.
The product manufacturer is responsible for the warranty.
